Job Title:
User Experience DesignerLocation: Pune, India
Experience Level: 3 to 6 yearsRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled User Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering intuitive digital experiences within in-vehicle environments and mobility ecosystems.

You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and play a key role in shaping the next generation of user experiences for the automotive industry.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver innovative interaction design solutions across concept, business pursuit, and production-level programs.
  • Collaborate in user research, market trend analysis, and data synthesis to inform and support the design strategy.
  • Understand technical and business requirements, as well as system constraints, to design feasible and impactful experiences.
  • Translate complex requirements into intuitive interaction models, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Communicate design concepts effectively through sketches, storyboards, wireframes, and verbal presentations.
  • Work collaboratively with designers, engineers, and program stakeholders to align project goals with creative output.
  • Create and iterate interactive mock-ups and digital prototypes using appropriate tools.
  • Take initiative and ownership of project deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree/Diploma in Interaction Design, Product Design, or a related discipline from a reputed design school.
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or interaction design, preferably in the automotive or mobility industry.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and systems-level interaction design.
