- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate
- Experience: 0-3 years
- Location: Mumbai (Hybrid/Remote)
- Reporting Manager: Manager – Business Development
- Candidate Industry: KPO/Research & Consulting
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients, research their needs, and promote service offerings to generate interest.
- Connect with decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to understand how we can solve their business challenges.
- Negotiate and convince for meetings, fix appointments, and open doors.
- Track leads, nurture relationships, and ensure a smooth transition to the sales team.
- Support lead generation, contact discovery, account profiling, contact verification, email appends, CRM appends, information cleansing, and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate customer databases for mailings, reporting, and marketing programs.
- Track market trends, competitors' insights, and industry shifts.
- Create client databases, conduct research on prospective clients to generate leads.
- Exposure to international prospects is preferred.
- Experience/knowledge in investment research or consumer insights will be an advantage.
Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work against tight goals and deadlines.
- Ability to work on unstructured projects somewhat independently.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills—confidence is key.
- Tech-savvy – comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn, email outreach.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
- Expertise or great comfort with numbers.
- Foreign language proficiency will be an added advantage.
