Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Provide product information and respond to customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Record call details and maintain accurate customer records to ensure seamless communication with clients.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary to provide excellent customer service.
  5. Ensure a positive customer experience on every call, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field and basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a call center or inbound sales role is a plus.
