Job Title: Quality and Sustainability Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality and Sustainability Leader to join our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving quality outcomes and promoting sustainability across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Leadership: Act as the voice of quality in the leadership team, influencing decision-making to drive quality outcomes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Sustainability Execution: Localize and drive the company's sustainability framework in alignment with global priorities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and ESG reporting norms.
  • Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing quality team, mentor, and develop talent to ensure effective quality management systems (QMS) are in place.
  • Audit Readiness: Own audit readiness, certification, and regulatory compliance across functions, ensuring the organization is prepared for audits and inspections.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor, measure, and report on quality performance across the organization, leading preventive and corrective actions.
  • Culture Development: Champion a quality-centric culture, fostering continuous learning and quality ownership at every organizational level.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders and external partners to align on quality expectations and embed quality into all processes.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science).
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ESG reporting norms.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English language (written and verbal communication).
