Job Summary

An experienced quality assurance professional will oversee and implement quality control processes for real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Core Competencies

High-rise building complex project experience may be applied. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building strategies is desired.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality, identify and report defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues, review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards, lead and train QA/QC team members.
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation, coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria

20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction, strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards, professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM, Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are required.
