Quality Assurance Engineer Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our organization in Navi Mumbai. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality deliverables by designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using manual and automated testing methods.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using tracking tools such as JIRA and Bugzilla.
  • Create testing documents, including STD, STR, SDD, and SRS.
  • Perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing to ensure seamless software development.
  • Set up and maintain automation frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and execute appropriate test strategies and processes that align with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices, tools, and technologies for quality assurance.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience (3-5 years) as a QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, and JUnit.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language - Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure adequate coverage and control.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman and RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools - JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerized applications Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications and Certification:

  • B.E / B.tech / MCA degree.
  • Certification in QA testing is an advantage.
