Job Overview

A seasoned Leader is sought to spearhead end-to-end procurement transition projects including vendor onboarding/offboarding, system integration, and contract transitions. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing procurement teams, ensuring seamless transitions, and delivering results-driven outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead procurement transitions from initiation through execution, leveraging your expertise in project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop project timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource plans to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive business objectives and improve procurement processes.
  • Ensure procurement compliance and knowledge transfer, maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
  • Report on budgets, milestones, and outcomes to senior management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in business, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA or CIPS/CPM preferred) demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 6-8 years in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management, with a proven track record of success in transition and vendor management.
  • Proven experience in project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems, with MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel skills.
