Procurement Expert Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team as a Trainer. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to develop and deliver training programs that drive best practices, compliance, and continuous improvement in procurement operations.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs to equip procurement teams with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Program Development:
  • Create engaging training sessions on procurement processes, strategic sourcing, vendor management, and ERP systems.
  • Develop practical simulations, case studies, and e-learning modules tailored to various industries, including medical devices, automotive, and electrical.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Work closely with procurement leaders, supply chain managers, and quality teams to align training objectives with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with ERP/IT teams to train users on system transactions, dashboards, and procurement analytics.
  • Process Improvement and Compliance:
  • Identify gaps in procurement processes and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Train teams on regulatory compliance, sustainability, and ethical sourcing practices.
  • Performance Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Assess trainees' skills and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Track training effectiveness using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cycle time reduction, cost savings, and supplier performance improvement.
