Job Title:

Procurement Coordination Expert

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Coordination Expert to support our procurement and commercial operations.

  • Support procurement teams with supplier engagement, record-keeping, and documentation management.
  • Coordinate communication with suppliers on ongoing procurement matters.
  • Maintain accurate records in the offer sheet, including pricing, delivery timelines, and document status.
  • Assist in managing enquiries as per directions received.
  • Update and maintain accurate information in the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
  • Analyse market trends and price variations to inform procurement decisions.
  • Maintain high levels of organisation, communication, and data integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Drive.
  • Excellent email drafting and communication skills.
  • CRM familiarity and willingness to adopt internal systems.
  • Sharp memory and attention to detail.
