We are seeking a skilled Systems and Middleware Support Specialist with hands-on experience in supporting enterprise business applications such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, Tableau, JBoss, MicroStrategy, Web Methods, or similar platforms.

Key Requirements:


• Strong administration expertise across Windows, and Linux environments.


• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation.


• Expertise in middleware technologies, application/web servers, and automation job management using Control-M.


• Working knowledge of database management, firewalls, load balancers, and network components.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a focus on SLA adherence, system stability, and scalability.

Responsibilities:


• Provide incident and problem management support, ensuring SLA compliance.


• Proactively monitor systems and applications to identify and resolve potential issues.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT operations and service reliability.


• Design, maintain, and enhance automation solutions.
