About the Role
The Marine Engine Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the engine department, managing maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations, and optimizing engine performance of RO-PAX vessels.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute engine maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance
- Ensure adherence to marine regulations and industry standards
- Optimize engine performance for efficient operations
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians to achieve high-performance results

Requirements
- Experience in marine engineering, engine maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced maritime environment
- Degree in Marine Engineering or related field

- Regularly review and analyze engine performance data
- Identify areas for improvement and implement cost-effective solutions
