Job Title: Marine Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned expert in marine infrastructure design, analysis, and construction to lead our team in delivering high-profile port development projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a coastal engineering professional with strong academic background in Civil Engineering and Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures to work on sustainable coastal development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design & Construction of Marine Infrastructure: Lead the planning and execution of marine infrastructure projects including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls, and docks.
  • Coastal Engineering Expertise: Provide in-depth expertise in coastal and marine engineering to optimize the performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure in challenging coastal environments.
  • Structural & Geotechnical Analysis: Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments, ensuring the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.
  • Project Management & Coordination: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.
  • Environmental & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure construction processes are aligned with environmental regulations and safety standards to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in marine structure design, construction, and project execution.
  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software (e.g., MIKE21, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro) for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling, and sediment transport.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • B.E. (Civil Engineering), M.Tech or M.Sc. (Marine Structures).
  • Experience in working on port development projects or coastal infrastructure projects in coastal regions.
