Head of Delivery Experience

As a seasoned Operations Head, you will lead end-to-end last mile operations for India's first quick service app.

This leadership role owns city-wide operations, enabling customers with on-time delivery of service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading city-wide operations to ensure timely service delivery
  • Managing ground staff and last mile operations from deployment to utilization
  • Driving process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and boost service efficiency
  • Designing an optimized instant-delivery network to minimize delivery timelines and increase operational efficiency
  • Building scalable processes that expand the value proposition and can be replicated in top cities nationwide
  • Creating performance monitoring metrics through KPIs like on-time delivery, service breaches, lost orders, and cost per service
  • Building and leading teams of hub executives and recruiters
  • Driving talent acquisition through on-ground marketing and outreach
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvements in technology and algorithms used by the operations team

Required qualifications include:

  • 10-14 years of experience driving business and last mile operations
  • Experience handling operations P&L, large grey collar teams, and complex ground operations
  • Excellent data and analytical skills to own performance metrics
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi
