Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

As we continue to grow across India and international markets, we are seeking a financial operations specialist to strengthen our financial operations, ensure compliance, and support data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a financial operations specialist with hands-on experience in end-to-end finance operations including receivables, payables, GST, statutory compliance, monthly MIS, and financial reporting. The candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining financial discipline, preparing accurate statements, and supporting leadership with insights to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finance Operations
    • Manage accounts receivables & payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
    • Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries.
    • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.
  • Compliance & Taxation
    • Handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors.
    • Maintain proper documentation for tax and legal audits.
  • Financial Reporting & MIS
    • Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
    • Assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Internal Controls & Process Improvement
    • Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems.
    • Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role (preferably with startups, FMCG, or D2C brands).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
