Job Title: Cross Sales Process

A key member of our team at KK Enterprises Recruiting, the Cross Sales Process is responsible for driving business growth through innovative lead generation strategies and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify and optimize lead sources.
  • Oversee client relationship management through direct contact and other channels.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and Salesforce representatives to develop strategies to drive conversion rates.
  • Support marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
