Job Title: Senior Manager – Project Finance

Seeking a skilled leader to spearhead project finance activities, leverage expertise in financial structuring, and drive fundraising for renewable energy initiatives.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead strategic financing efforts, collaborate with banking institutions, and ensure timely financial closure to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project financing strategies.
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate project viability and risk exposure.
  • Manage debt raising processes, from preparing loan applications to negotiations and disbursement.
  • Establish relationships with banks, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing.
  • Negotiate loan agreements, term sheets, and financial covenants.
  • Coordinate internal team efforts for financial due diligence and risk assessment.
  • Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA with strong financial background.
  • 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in renewable energy.
  • Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
