About the Role

  • Develop and execute financial strategies for renewable energy projects, encompassing capital structuring, fund-raising (equity & debt), and risk management to optimize project outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies, to secure financing for projects.
  • Negotiate loan agreements, ensuring competitive terms and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning to ensure optimal financial performance and mitigate risks.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with the company's growth strategy.
  • Maintain strict compliance with domestic and international financial regulations, ensuring a robust risk management framework.
  • Prepare and present complex financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to inform business decisions and drive growth initiatives.

About You

  • We are seeking a seasoned Financial Strategist who possesses a deep understanding of renewable energy finance, with expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and market analysis.
  • Prior experience in project finance, merger and acquisition transactions, or corporate development is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex financial concepts effectively.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CFA or CAIA.
