Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our business unit's financial strategy. As a Business Finance Manager, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive profitable growth and oversee the end-to-end P&L for assigned business units.

  • Financial Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Corporate Finance teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Pricing Governance: Oversee pricing for complex deals, ensuring optimal sizing, compliance, and margin safeguards.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting cycle and monthly forecasting exercises, incorporating revenue, costs, FX, and regional dynamics.
  • Profitability Analysis: Deliver monthly profitability dashboards and variance analyses; recommend actions to improve margins and cash flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong Financial Management: Expertise in financial management, pricing strategy, and advanced financial modeling.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT/technology services business models, including managed services and outsourcing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools.
  • Leadership Experience: 8–12 years of progressive experience in business finance roles within medium/large IT/software/services organizations, with proven exposure to Global markets.
