About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our design team as a senior member, responsible for leading the creation of innovative user experiences. Your exceptional skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping and visual design will enable you to craft engaging and intuitive digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of user needs and behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Design Leadership: Mentor junior designers, provide feedback and ensure design consistency across the platform ecosystem.
  • Prototyping and Visual Design: Create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity designs that balance usability with visual impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, HCI or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
  • Expertise in prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong eye for design, with a focus on scalable design systems.
  • Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first principles.
Desirable Skills
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems that promote consistency and efficiency.
  • Prototyping Tools: Skilled in wireframes, user flows, mockups, and rapid prototyping for both desktop and mobile contexts.
