Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Murex expert to join our team and provide technical expertise in the implementation, configuration, and development of Murex systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of Murex functionality.

  • Conduct Murex system implementation, configuration, and development across various aspects, including datamart, MXML pre-trade and post-trade workflows, RTBS, and MDCS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and verify requirements.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience.
  • Follow industry best practices and documentation requirements.
  • Support audits and risk assessments.
  • Develop and test database and infrastructure changes.
  • Perform technical reviews of production changes.
  • Document issues and resolutions.
  • Maintain and enhance scheduling tools for intraday and end-of-day batches.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct interaction with users across the bank, including front, middle, and back office, finance, product control, and risk teams.
  • Analysis and resolution of business-critical issues related to risk, pricing, PnL, market data, market operations, EOD, interfaces, and reporting.
  • Collaboration with vendors to identify and implement fixes or solutions.
  • Intermediary between business and vendor teams.
  • Debugging and enhancement of bespoke processes supporting Murex implementation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Murex in a support capacity.
  • Strong technical capability.
  • Solid understanding of DataMart.
