Job Title: Technical Configuration Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled technical configuration expert to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in managing complex systems, as well as proven expertise in optimizing performance and ensuring smooth system deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement technical modules based on business requirements.
  • Lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
  • Design and deliver integration solutions between systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain applications).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance in proactive management, monitoring, and performance tuning.
  • Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
  • Support testing cycles by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
  • Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in technical configuration, implementation, and integration.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
