We're seeking a dedicated Benefits Administrator to support the end-to-end administration of our US and Canadian employee benefits programs. This role involves managing renewals, enrollments, payroll elements, and vendor integrations; overseeing reconciliations, invoicing, and open enrollment.

The ideal candidate brings 4–8 years of experience in US/Canada benefits operations, strong HRIS expertise (Dayforce preferred), and proven skills in compliance, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing benefits renewals and enrollments
  • Processing payroll elements and vendor integrations
  • Overseeing reconciliations, invoicing, and open enrollment

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
