Join Our People Operations TeamAbout the Role

We are seeking a diligent and versatile People Ops Intern to become an integral part of our fast-growing operations team. As a People Ops Intern, you will be at the forefront of maintaining a seamless people experience, from onboarding and data accuracy to office administration and cross-functional support.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist in employee onboarding, ensuring that new joiners feel welcome and well-integrated into the team. This includes preparing offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist in prepping offer letters, induction materials, and first-day experiences
  • HRIS Management: Support in maintaining accurate data on attendance, leave, documents, birthdays, and anniversaries
  • Employee Exit: Help with offboarding formalities, including exit letters, documentation, and collecting feedback
  • Policy Support: Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating People policies
  • Event & Engagement: Coordinate book clubs, tech meetups, and casual team check-ins
  • Compliance & Admin: Assist in documentation, agreements, and maintaining records for audit readiness
  • Pulse Checks: Collect and summarize employee feedback

Requirements:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data management and reporting
  • Knowledge of HR Systems: Familiarity with HRIS systems and ability to learn new software quickly
