People Operations Specialist

Description:

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People Operations Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our HR database, ensuring data confidentiality and adhering to relevant laws and policies.

You will work closely with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, schedule candidates, and communicate job postings on relevant platforms. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all necessary documents and paperwork are completed accurately and efficiently.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist in the recruitment process by preparing job advertisements, collecting and screening resumes, and maintaining an organized applicant tracking system.

As a key member of our HR team, you will also facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure that all required forms and documents are completed.

Furthermore, you will provide support in resolving employee inquiries and issues related to HR policies, benefits, and other employment matters. You will maintain effective communication with employees, managers, and external stakeholders regarding HR-related information.

Your expertise in employment laws and regulations will ensure that our HR operations remain compliant with applicable laws and policies.
