Company Description Apertum Online is a leading B2B technology and operations service provider company based out of Mumbai and Delhi India providing business and technical expertise to the global online and mobile gaming industry Apertum offers a dynamic and rewarding environment for high achievers looking to work and learn alongside like-minded individuals to build and support scalable products that offer entertainment to millions of users globally and elevate their experience to new heights A successful candidate will have strong experience and knowledge of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment employee lifecycle talent management policy documentation and employee engagement within a BPO environment This is an ideal role for someone with HRBP experience who has the ability to diagnose issues use data and insights to develop appropriate solutions to accomplish amazing things Responsibilities Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding off boarding employee engagement projects documentation and communication with employees and introducing talent retention ideas and policies in line with company processes Identify and assess the HR needs of the business and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis Supporting Hiring mandates as per business requirements Acting as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies benefits and grievances You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes procedures and systems driving efficiency and effectiveness across the department Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees Creating a strong employer brand image for organisation Qualifications Requirements Graduation in any discipline Post-Graduation in HR or psychology is preferred 3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR Operations role preferably in a BPO environment Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws regulations Talent Management Hiring specifics performance and wellbeing initiatives Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability for employee lifecycle Effective stakeholder management relationship-building and consulting expertise Excellent in written and spoken English Strong data management and presentation skills Strong understanding of market intelligence Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Available to work from office based in Andheri East Mumbai Additional Information Quarterly performance Bonus IT Asset provided 5 Days working Paid leaves of 21 days excluding 10 public holidays Health Insurance Annual company retreat - Our Operations team went to Almaty in 2025 and more TBC Our business is globally established and successful offering stability and security to our Team Members Interview Process 30 min Aptitude Test Remote video Round 1 interview for 30 mins Remote video Round 2 interview for 30 mins Remote video Round 3 interview for 30 mins Pre-offer call with Talent Acquisition Team
