A successful candidate will have strong experience and knowledge of employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, employee lifecycle, talent management, policy documentation and employee engagement. This is an ideal role for someone with people operations experience who has the ability to diagnose issues, use data and insights to develop appropriate solutions to accomplish amazing things.
Responsibilities
Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement projects, documentation and communication with employees and introducing talent retention ideas and policies
Identify and assess the HR needs of the business, and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs
Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis
Acting as a point of contact for conflict management and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits, and grievances
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving efficiency, and effectiveness across the organization
Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees
Creating a strong employer brand image for the organization
Requirements
Graduation in any discipline, Post-Graduation in HR or Psychology is preferred 3-6 years of experience in HR business partner or HR operations role preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic and global environment Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws & regulations, talent management, performance, and wellbeing initiatives Should be able to work independently and take end to end accountability for employee lifecycle Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise Excellent in written and spoken English Strong data management and presentation skills Strong understanding of market intelligence Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Available to work from office based in Andheri East, Mumbai
