We are seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the role of Service Manager in our organization.

Job Description:

The Service Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of service professionals who provide top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of services to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualification: Diploma or B.E. (Mechanical or Electrical preferred)
  • Experience: Any (Freshers with strong technical skills can apply; prior experience in Engine Service or Industrial Machine Servicing is preferred)
  • Languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
