We are seeking a talented Flexcube Technical Consultant to join our team.

**About the Role:**
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Flexcube Core Banking product, Oracle DB, and other related technologies. You will be responsible for implementation, production support, and ensuring smooth deployment of projects. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are essential for this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, implement, and maintain flexible solutions using Flexcube Core Banking product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Ensure timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee bug-free products. Regularly review project progress and provide updates to stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of project activities. Perform troubleshooting tasks as required. Analyze user feedback and make improvements accordingly.

**Requirements:**
- 4-10 years of experience in Core Banking software implementation, support, or development. Knowledge of Oracle DB management systems and programming languages such as Java and SQL is necessary. Hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting and Microsoft Office applications is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences is necessary. Strong work ethic and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines are expected.
