Job Title: AI/ML Engineer - Core Algorithm and Model Expert

We are looking for an exceptional AI/ML engineer to join our team.

**Job Description:**

As an AI/ML engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing advanced AI/ML models for various applications, including computer vision, generative AI, audio processing, predictive analysis, and NLP. You will work closely with our team to develop cutting-edge solutions that meet our business needs. Your primary focus will be on algorithm development and model deployment as production-ready products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and train models using data from various sources and deliver them in the form of end products
* Fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific tasks
* Preprocess, label, and augment datasets
* Implement quantization, pruning, and compression for deployment-ready AI applications
* Develop and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and translation models for mission-critical AI applications

**Requirements:**

* B Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Statistics or related field with exceptional academic record
* Minimum 75% marks or 8.0 CGPA in relevant engineering disciplines
* Professional ML certifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft, or NVIDIA (desired)
* Deep Learning Specialization (desired)
* Computer Vision or NLP specialization certificates (desired)
