Financial Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
The Financial Operations Specialist will be responsible for coordinating with site managers and clients to prepare and send invoices, manage outstanding reports, and follow up on payments. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strong analytical skills and are able to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining client invoices and work orders
- Preparing daily billing and collection reports
- Updating statements of accounts and maintaining digital records
- Following up with clients for collections and documentation
- Booking payments received from clients and updating accounting software
- Reconciling TDS deductions and bank reconciliations
- Coordinating with legal teams and auditors
- Preparing financial reports and budgets
- Verifying and booking debit/credit notes and tax returns
Requirements:
- Knowledge of taxation laws and working experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
