Retail Location Acquisition Strategist

As a Property Sourcing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving our retail expansion by identifying and evaluating potential locations for both Retail Stores and Dark Stores. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough site assessments to determine the feasibility of properties based on factors such as visibility, accessibility, and target customer reach.
- Negotiating and finalizing leave and license agreements for selected commercial properties, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Maintaining strong relationships with property consultants and brokers to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
- Leveraging local expertise to identify high-potential properties, both on- and off-market.
- Leading negotiations with landlords, builders, and developers to secure favorable terms for leasing.
You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of commercial properties, including negotiations, lease agreements, and maintenance. Your goal is to optimize return on investment (ROI) while ensuring compliance with company policy.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the local real estate market, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
