A results-driven MEP Manager is required to drive efficiency in project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Review and Optimization: Conduct thorough reviews of MEP drawings to ensure accuracy and service efficiency, implementing design improvements as needed.
  • Value Engineering: Provide input on value engineering initiatives and benchmark service standards to drive improvement projects.
  • Cost Estimation and Budgeting: Support cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope, ensuring accurate forecasting and control through data-driven decision making.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Site Monitoring and Quality Control: Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and enforce quality standards to meet expectations.
  • Sustainability Initiatives: Lead sustainability initiatives, including STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building practices to minimize environmental impact.
  • MIS Reporting and Budget Management: Prepare MIS reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess hands-on experience with high-end equipment installation and commissioning, staying up-to-date with industry developments.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management, along with at least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
