Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team for a Refinery Shutdown Project in Rajahmundry. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and extensive experience in welding QC for column internals in oil & gas projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control procedures that improve product quality.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective quality control procedures to minimize defects.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in welding QC for column internals in oil & gas projects.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and reducing defects.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with WPS/PQR and inspection procedures.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
