Job Title:

Electrical Architect for Building Management Systems

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Architect to design and develop innovative building management system (BMS) hardware solutions. As a key team member, you will be responsible for creating high-quality BMS systems that meet our customers' complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop BMS hardware systems for various applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex use cases
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for electrical systems
  • Develop and implement circuit designs using analog and digital circuits
  • Work with simulation tools like P-Spice, Matlab, and Mathcad
  • Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
  • Experience working with sensing technologies and hardware peripherals
  • Power supply design and MOSFET driving experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • 10-12 years of experience in developing BMS for energy storage/ESS
  • Rich hands-on experience in architecting power electronics concepts for BMS
  • Demonstrated experience with Analog Front End circuit design for electrical systems
  • Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for electrical systems
  • Experience with Printed Circuit Board (PCB) layout constraints

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Safety Regulatory standards
  • Contactors and Relays
  • Working knowledge of safety-critical features for battery and energy products
