Role Overview

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you'll be responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of our systems, identifying potential issues early, and implementing preventive measures to boost system resilience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineer reliability by identifying potential system issues early and implementing preventive measures.">
  • Automate processes to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.">
  • Solve problems at scale by participating in root cause analysis (RCA), driving corrective and preventive actions, and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.">
  • Optimize system performance by applying programming and scripting expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.">
  • Mentor and grow by sharing knowledge with peers, championing best practices, and pushing for innovation.">
  • Continuously evolve by staying ahead of new technologies, adapting quickly, and helping shape the future of our IT systems.">

Requirements

">
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).">
  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.">
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.">
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.">
  • Strong incident response and problem-solving mindset.">
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.">
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).">
