Job Overview

  • We are seeking an expert in GenAI models and frameworks to join our team as a Site Reliability Engineer.

This role requires technical support and engineering experience in AI/ML/GenAI environments, with expertise in GenAI models and frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, with experience working on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and DevOps tools. Knowledge of databases, such as SQL/Sybase/Mongo DB, and data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks), is also required.

The successful candidate will have strong proficiency in Python, Shell scripting, and other relevant programming languages (Java, Angular) for scripting and automation tasks. Familiarity with monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics, Autosys) and ITIL application support management processes (Incident/Problem/Service/Jira management) is also expected.

In addition, the candidate will need to have experience with Kubernetes and containerization, preferably with Docker and Loki. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail, are essential for this role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, are also required.
