Job Title: Global Market Development Specialist

The role of a Global Market Development Specialist is crucial in helping foreign companies establish themselves in the Indian market. As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing projects that involve conducting thorough market research on various industries, competitors, regulations, and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require you to conduct in-depth market research and create comprehensive reports on industries, competitors, regulations, and customer segments.
  • You will map the regulatory landscape in India and prepare checklists/reports for clients, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the market.
  • Your task will also involve building and maintaining a database of potential Indian distributors, agents, vendors, and trade associations relevant to clients.
  • We expect you to assist in partner identification and outreach, contacting distributors, channel partners, and associations on behalf of clients.
  • You will be responsible for preparing client-ready deliverables such as presentations, reports, and market-entry playbooks.
  • Coodinating with international clients on timelines, queries, and progress updates is an essential part of this role.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • For this position, we are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, International Trade, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Applicants should have 1–4 years of experience in research, consulting, international trade, or business development.
  • We require strong analytical & research abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to create structured presentations & reports, good knowledge of Indian regulatory and business environment, and familiarity with B2B databases, and research tools.
