About this opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Visual Designer who can craft compelling visual ideas to drive engagement and meet business objectives across campaigns, digital, and print platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design point of view, be hands-on with creative execution, and balance consistency with creativity. They should be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to defining the brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand marketing/business problems presented and develop strategic solutions.
  • Churn out innovative designs for communication pieces including emailers, in-app banners, and other digital assets.
  • Lead and guide external design teams/design agencies, offering design and strategic guidance.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to, maintaining the highest level of brand integrity.
  • Contribute to shaping the brand voice of a leading brand.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as an art director/designer in an agency setup or with a brand.
  • A portfolio showcasing ability to think creatively, execute designs across media, and demonstrate strategic problem-solving skills.
  • Collaboration and coordination skills with other teams and stakeholders.
  • The right mix of right-brain and left-brain thinking.
  • Ability to design fresh creatives from ground up and adapt in various sizes as required.
