Job Title: Visual Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Visual Designer. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling and be eager to expand their skills into eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360.

In this role, you'll collaborate with instructional designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to create engaging visual content for digital learning experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience working with graphic design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition. They will also be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and have a strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for eLearning courses, presentations, and other digital media.
  • Support the visual development of training modules by providing assets (icons, templates, characters, etc.).
  • Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure visuals align with learning goals.
  • Learn and contribute to the development of interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative and polished design work.
  • Basic understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, and composition.
  • Willingness to learn Articulate Storyline 360 and other eLearning authoring tools.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
