We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will lead projects, ensuring strong governance, strategic planning, and structured execution while supporting key initiatives within the organization.

You will drive a variety of projects that address the needs of a global customer base in a fast-paced, ever-changing landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Lead change management efforts for organizational initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, stakeholder buy-in, and adoption of new processes.
  • Prepare communication and training plans to support people through change.
  • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure project compliance with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and key metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in project and change management, preferably within the HR function.
  • Formal project management training and certification (PMP certified not mandatory but recommended).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail.
  • Experience speaking in front of executives and senior management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in multinational environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to closure within a commercial environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • University degree or equivalent.
