Transformation Program Leader

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Program Leader to oversee the entire lifecycle of multi-faceted SAP S/4HANA Brownfield transformation programs, ensuring strategic alignment and flawless execution.


  • Define the overall program strategy, scope, objectives, and success metrics for SAP S/4HANA Brownfield transformation initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, detailed timelines, and resource allocation strategies, managing interdependencies across multiple projects within the program.
  • Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of End-to-End Brownfield SAP S/4HANA Implementations, from discovery and planning through design, build, test, cutover, and hypercare phases.

SAP Technical & Solution Oversight
  • Provide expert technical guidance and oversight throughout the brownfield migration lifecycle, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee activities related to Software Update Manager (SUM) for robust system upgrades and conversions.

Custom Code & Data Remediation Management
  • Develop and implement strategies for Custom Code Remediation and optimization during the S/4HANA conversion, ensuring compatibility and efficiency of existing custom developments.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, providing regular updates and executive reports to senior leadership, key stakeholders, and external partners.

Technical Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in software development and project management.
  • Extensive and hands-on experience in leading SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion and implementation projects.
  • Proven experience with Downtime Optimized Conversion methodologies.
  • Familiarity with the Sumdoc approach and the SAP Simplification List.
  • Proficiency in managing projects involving Software Update Manager (SUM).

Project Management Methodologies
  • Expert-level understanding and practical application of various project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
