Job Title

Process Trainer Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing training batches, providing feedback and coaching agents on process, quality and best practices, and conducting training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Training (Classroom training and computer-based/remote)
  • Managing Training Batches - 1:20 ratio
  • Feedback & Coaching agents on Process, Quality & Best Practices & OJT Support.
  • Documented feedback as per the gaps identified in the audit
  • Weekly calibration calls with client/internal as per calibration roster
  • Conducting training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines
  • Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests
  • Database management, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis
  • Motivating associates through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms.
  • Process transactions on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by the process.
  • Competency maintenance by undergoing TTT certification, getting certified on new products and knowing the training phase.
  • Performing TNI on audit findings and conducting refresher sessions & tracking performance
  • Maintaining track records of performance and analyzing data critically

Critical Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written) - Client-facing role
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shift
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Forms, Excel, Word etc
  • Creation of Academies, creation of Newsletter, etc
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies
  • Result-oriented and client-focused
  • Feedback and Coaching skills
  • Good rapport-building skills, extremely methodical and organized
  • Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and/or experience working in the digital currency industry (preferred, not mandatory)

Selection Criteria:

  • Graduate in any stream. Not enrolled in any regular course.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E
  • Citizen of India or allowed to work in India
  • Above the age of 18 Years
