Strategic Learning Architect

We are seeking a seasoned learning strategist to drive transformation and outcomes through embedded culture of continuous growth and self-driven, AI-enabled learning.

This is not a program manager gig, but rather a business architect role that utilizes learning as key tool to drive real impact. As the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for enabling functional, technical, and behavioral capability development, you will collaborate with leadership, teams, and tech to reimagine and embed learning into work fabric.

Your mission is to design a culture of continuous growth by architecting learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip professionals to stay ahead of curve—future-ready and client-relevant.

  • Partner like a strategist to collaborate with Business Leads to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across organization.
  • Infuse AI-driven learning by leveraging smart technology to personalize, measure, and scale learning in meaningful ways—not just flashy ones.
  • Drive certifications with business impact by owning end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications—ensuring professionals aren't just certified, but competitively differentiated.
  • Lead team of learning champions by coaching, empowering, and growing high-performing L&D team that thinks big, iterates fast, and delivers with empathy.
  • Maximize learning ROI by managing resources effectively, building partnerships, negotiating value, and delivering impact.

We are looking for someone who is obsessed with outcomes, not optics; a strategic thinker with builder's mindset and high empathy; and strong experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and certification programs.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in learning enablement, organizational development, or similar roles, master's degree in HR, Psychology, or similar (MBA preferred), and proven record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs.
