Key to success in this role lies in your ability to develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy. You will engage corporate houses, High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs), and international foundations, building long-term sustainable relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Design a purpose-driven fundraising approach to secure funding from corporates, HNIs, and foundations.
  • Analyze market trends and information to identify potential fund-raising opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and co-create project ideas for fundraising.
  • Establish a pipeline of prospective funder and corporate partners.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with target funder groups.
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Masters degree in Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of work experience in B2B sales or non-profit fundraising.
  • Association with philanthropy and fundraising is an advantage.

Extensive travel is expected. A strong team player with excellent communication and presentation skills will excel in this role.
