Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to lead our fundraising efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing funding from various sources.

  • Conceptualize, shape, and implement a comprehensive strategy to engage with different funder groups.
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Proactively identify, engage, and build strategic relationships with target funder groups.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure compliance with codes of practice.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Management, Business Administration, or Economics.
  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience in B2B sales or not-for-profit fundraising.
  • Association with philanthropy and fundraising is a plus.
  • Outstanding relationship management skills and ability to present and influence at seniority levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
