Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Manager at The Chancery Pavilion (Bangalore), you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding customer care at all times. This includes maintaining a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.

You will respond to telephones and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns. Additionally, you will employ suggestive selling techniques to sell room nights, increase occupancy and revenue.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

You will supervise daily shift processes, ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures. This includes training, directing the work of, resolving issues/problems and coaching and counselling the front desk team members to ensure a quality operation.

You will also be responsible for resolving customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Administrative Responsibilities:

You will allocate rooms to expected arrivals after checking the guest preferences and special requests. You will also cross-check all billing instructions to ensure they are correctly updated.

Leadership Responsibilities:

As a Supervisor, you will be a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the front office team. You will have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, with experience of motivating and leading a winning team. Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
