Job Role: Enterprise Contact Center Specialist

  • We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Contact Center Specialist to join our team.

About the Job:

This role involves providing advanced technical support for Cisco UCCE and UCCX solutions, as well as 3rd party call recording platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for complex issues related to Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of MACD creation in Cisco UCCE and IPT platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends in contact center technology.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in supporting Cisco UCCE/UCCX/PCCE solutions and 3rd party call recording platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Cisco ICM, CCMP, CVP, CUIC, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
