Job Title: Enterprise Planning Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Planning Specialist to lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.

  • Design and implement Enterprise Planning solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud, ensuring alignment with best practices and client business objectives.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to gather requirements, map processes, and develop future-state models that enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support accurate budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver actionable insights for decision-makers.
  • Ensure seamless integration between EPM applications and source systems, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates to recommend and implement new capabilities that enhance client outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with hands-on expertise in Enterprise Planning.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules, forms, dashboards, and integration workflows in EPM Cloud.
  • Familiarity with EPM Automate, Data Management, and integration with ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide clients through business and system design.
