Job Title: Enterprise Mobility Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Mobility Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a robust Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.

About the Role

The Enterprise Mobility Specialist will be responsible for establishing a scalable MDM solution that meets the needs of our organization. This will involve creating an Android Enterprise Account, deploying an MDM platform compatible with Android devices, and developing streamlined device enrollment processes.

  • Create an Android Enterprise Account: Manage users efficiently and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Deploy an MDM Platform: Choose a compatible MDM solution that facilitates unified management and policy enforcement via Microsoft Intune.
  • Develop Device Enrollment Processes: Implement bulk and self-service options to simplify the device onboarding process.
  • Build Security Policies: Cover encryption, password protocols, permitted applications, remote wipe, and secure connectivity to internal resources.
  • Configure Integration: Integrate with internal Entra applications and tools to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Provide Support: Offer training resources for end-users and IT staff to ensure successful adoption of the MDM system.
  • Maintain Oversight: Continuously monitor and maintain the MDM environment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Implement VPN Solution: Design and configure a mobile-based Android VPN solution to ensure secure connectivity.
  • Resolve MDM Issues: Provide Tier 2/3 level support for escalated MDM issues.
