Job Title: Cloud Contact Center Specialist

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud contact center solutions and a strong understanding of operational management.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer experiences and meet evolving business needs.

  • Design and engineering functions – Work with suppliers to establish standards, blueprints, and design principles.
  • Operations and maintenance – Collaborate with suppliers to manage operational processes, enhancements, and platform changes.
  • Supports supplier management – Monitors and manages service delivery from suppliers to ensure contractual obligations and performance standards are met.
  • Works with internal IT teams to support integrations, governance processes, and architecture/design.
  • Engages with stakeholders – Supports collaboration with country representatives, working closely with product delivery managers.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience working with cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.

Skills:

  • Cloud contact center tools including Architect, Genesys Cloud Agent Scripter, Genesys Cloud CLI.
  • Experience with JSON, RegEx, and restful API/web services.
  • Designing, creating, and managing table-driven and dynamic workflows.
